Bhagat Singh Martyrdom Day: Three great patriots of the country, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were hanged. Martyrs' Day is celebrated to pay tribute to these three patriots.
Ram Navami, is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Rama, the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Devotees observe fasting, visit temples, and recite Ramayana verses. Homes and temples are decorated, and processions are held. The festival symbolizes the victory of dharma and the values of truth and virtue.
Holi: Hiranyakashipu's sister Holika had the boon that she could not be destroyed in fire. Hiranyakashipu ordered that Holika sit in the fire with Prahlad in her lap. Holika got burnt while sitting in the fire, but Prahlad was saved. Holi is lit on this day in the memory of God devotee Prahlad.
Dol Yatra: Dol Yatra, also known as Deul, is a Hindu swing festival celebrated during the Holi festival of Braj region, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Odisha, Assam, Tripura and Bengal region. This festival is dedicated to the divine couple of Radha and Krishna.
Yaosang: In Manipur, a festival called Yaosang is celebrated on the day of Phalgun month which is very similar to Holi. Here the day of Dhulendi is called 'Pichkari'.
